Ear Infection or Brain Tumour?

Hi, I developed an Ear ache around 2 weeks back, in a day or 2, I also started getting headache in the right side of my brain. Visited an ENT. He gave me 1)Fine heal, 2) Lorfast and 3) Drego. 2 days after taking the medicine i started getting stomach ache. The doc then asked me to increase the dose of Drego.
