hi doctor,my x-ray report says loss of lumbar curvature, and mri report says \\\\\\\"L5-S1 disc show posterior central annulus protrusion causing subtle impingement on thecal sac\\\\\\\". space between L4-L5 is 12.4mm and that of L5-S1 is 8.7mm. my doc says not to do exercises a lot and change ur lifestyle. i m a active guy with lot of responsibilities to do. i m still unmarried. a little pain co...click here to continue
