Pain in lower back and down right leg?

I am seventeen years old and female. A few weeks ago, I noticed a movable bump in my lower right back under my hip bone. Now I have been having pain for a couple days on that same side and down my buttock and back of my thigh. When I walk, cough, sneeze, or have a bowel movement it hurts.
