Reccuring palpitations no success finding anything

I am 26 years old female, been having this issue since I was 13. Once in a long while I get palpitations, the usual scenario: It comes on very suddenly and for no obvious reason. For first few seconds my heart pounds so wild that it is impossible to tell individual beats apart. I feel pressure in my chest, feels kind of like it was expanding outwards from my heart.
