In doubt if meningitis

Hi. This is my first time to join a forum. I hope someone will help me. My daughter, 10 y/o woke up early morning and complained of headache and body malaise. She does'nt have fever. I gave her paracetamol first and ibuprofen after 1hour. I was hoping that the meds will take effect later so I still sent her to school because it was their examination week.
