Frequent Nose blockage from last 15 days

Hi , I am feeling nose blockage since 15 days and have taken orrtivin nazal drops . I daily take karvol plus inhalant and pour it on my hanky before sleeping to sleep easily . This all started since i joined swimming classes and in sudden change of weather caught me .
