Young adult with chronic back pain.

Hi, I'm a 23 year old female with lower back pain. It has been present for a couple of years but worsening over time. It is more painful at night and is not relieved by laying down. If I palpate my lower spine there is a spot where the pain is greatly increased. I also experience pain/tingling down my legs.
