My lips and the skin around them burn, feel itchy and very dry

I am a 19 year old female, and I think I'm having an allergic reaction, though to what I'm not sure. My lips and the skin around them burn, feel itchy and very dry, but look normal except for sometimes a little redness. The symptoms can appear up to the rim of my nostrils, around the corners of my mouth, and down to right above my chin.
