I have been suffering with stomach cramps bloating and horrible constant gas and wind. Cramps can be frequent or occasional, there is no pattern. I have done a food diary, cut out lactose, cut out wheat, lowered sugar intake. I work 2 jobs am active, workout, drink at least 2 liters of water everyday and eat 5 portions of fruit and veg.
