Red mark on foot

"I have a painless red mark on my left foot, about 2 inches from the ankel bone on the top if the foot. it turns bright red during the day if I'm on my feet a lot- it's as if the skin is thinner there. It is completely painless, smooth to the touch, and not perfectly circular. It's been there for over a year and my doc has no suggestions as to what it would be. Ease help....click here to continue
