what are these bumps The symptoms of?

I've recently grown a rash in armpit next to my elbow a little on my chest and also a little on my back. Less than a rash but more so red bumps.. Can anybody hElp me to figure out what it is? It hurts on and off and the tip of the bumps looks like they are puss filled.. Hard to explain can send a photo...click here to continue
