left side middle back pain

I woke up with pain in my left side middle back. Ive suffered from muscle pain but this is different, its like inside. LAst week i had a penicilin shot due to a throat infection that didnt get well with antibiotics. Dont know if it has anything to do. The pain is worse when i move or walk. Sitting down is not as bad. Should i go to the doctor? Im a little worried cause hadnt felt anything similar.... click here to continue
