Pain

I fell over 13 months ago down a flight of stairs and broke my upper humerous. It was a 3 part complex fracture, but the Dr. decided to let it heal on its own in a sling. I did not have surgery. I had 7 months of physical therapy and still can't raise my arm above my head or behind my back.
