Why do I feel a bubble under my shoulder blade or ribs

I have some back pain mostly on my right shoulder blade when I move it hurts a lot ... Now my question is why when I lay flat and mostly put some pressure on the right side and breath it feels like a bubble it doesn't hurt but I can feel something just clicking while I breath....click here to continue
