Mild prominence of the lower pole of right hilum

Hi everyone, Can somebody tell me what is : "mild prominence of the lower pole of right hilum, this is almost certainly due to vascular prominence" Rest is normal. Does anybody know if this is bad or not? I hope I am posting it at the right place.... click here to continue
