Lump on knee after dislocation?

It's been 2 months since I dislocated my patella and there is still a very annoying lump on the inner right side. This lump can obstruct my movement going down steps and moves round to the top of the knee cap sometimes. It gets painful when near the joint. I had 2 x rays and nothing came up. It feels semi hard tissue-y. Doc dismissed it but I want to know what it is, I'm 22 years old and not being...click here to continue
