Abdominal pain and elevated bilirubin

I've been experiencing a lot of right abdominal pain lately. So intense that I went into the ER thinking it was possibly my appendix. After he got my CT results he said my appendix looked good but that my spleen was very enlarged and my bilirubin was high.
