Is this lichen planus, a lichenoid eruption or something else?

I have white stria in my mouth since I was consulting my dentist back in 93 (see here: historycycles.zxq.net). I am sure that I didn't have it before because sometimes (2 or 3 times per year) I get a bubble filled with blood somewhere on the stria.
