23 and can't find diagnoses, in constant pain

Hello, I am 23 years old and have been in the worst pain or the past couple years. Mostly in my shoulders and sometimes in places like my hands and knees. Ive been seeing a rheumatologist and an orthopedist. I got a cortozone shot in my right shoulder in october and by January I was in so much pain again, they gave me another.
