High Blood Pressure and Hypertension Question

Dear Doctor, My wife is suffering from high blood pressure. It is not controlled even by medication. The systolic reading remains in between 140 and 165 & diastolic reading remains in between 130 and 110. She is now a days taking "A2A Tablets (Losartan potassium)", "Aldactone 100 mg".
