pain in upper left abdomen could be lung maybe?

Hello im 27 and for 3 YEARS now i have had pain in my upper left abdomen on and off everyday. i used to smoke and when i snorted sniffed or blew my nose i get this strange bubble growing sharp and dull pain there and then it goes away after a few hours, it still happens everytime i do that, it happened today again thats why im asking. but also i feel it everytime i have bowel movements but a diffe...click here to continue
