Abdominal Pain Question

Night before last woke up at 3am with my mouth watering so badly, like I was going to throw up. I didn't but could not hardly sleep the rest of the night due to pains that felt like hunger pains. Had the feelings of severe hunger pains all day yesterday, even when I ate. Now, woke up at 5am feeling like I could vomit again and I still have these sever hunger pains, I am not hungry I know.
