Back pain help

Had spinal fusion in 2008. Started experiencing grinding like pain as though. Metalwork rubbing skin..had mri in March 2009...also had one yesterday. As experiencing the worst pain imaginable in left side and weakness in left leg.also had loss bladder use so have to catheterisation...recent mri says same as last..canyou people,ease interpret and tell me if there.
