Broken upper humerus

I broke my upper humerus 9 weeks ago and the hospital decided on it letting it heal by itself. It is slow going but last week i tripped and instinctively put my arm out to stop the fall, I hurt it more but the doctors say where i may have re-fractured it more, it hasn't moved much so to leave it and go back to week 4 stage (back in the sling) I haven't been able to have physio yet because of how c...click here to continue
