Small skin colored bump

I have a small skin colored bump in my pubic area. Smaller than 1/4 of an inch. I believe it grew after knicking the area by shaving. I know it's not an ingrown hair, I've had it for awhile now. I've tried to freeze it off but that didn't work. I don't think it's anything serious but I'd like to get rid of it because of the area it's in. Does anyone know what it might be?
