unable to pass poop

i am a healthy 16 year old girl.i had no digestive disorders till now. but from almost 3 weeks i am facing difficulty in passing poop.i find it very hard to expand my anal.i try a lot with lot of pressure but i find it too tuff .this makes me feel hard all the time,i feel very uncomfortable all day specially in the mornings.could you please give me a few suggestions regarding this? :(...click here to continue
