Uti after sex

I have suffered with UTI's for several years now, im 24 and i have been getting them since i first started having sex really. I have tried EVERYTHING!! My Dr basically just puts me on antibiotics everytime. I am on my 3rd UTI in 2 months now and its really getting me down!
