How serious?

Ok. Let me try to sum this up: i am a 33 year old female with a family history of heart problems. (my dad had his first quadruple bypass when he was 34 and after 4 heart surgeries, just received a heart transplant at 60) About a month ago i started feeling short of breath - it would come and go and still does.
