Pain pump & abdominal hernia-problem?

Hi, I'm due to have an intrathecal pain pump (after many years of severe back pain & three spinal surgeries.) The problem is that I have a large abdominal incisional hernia, there's some confusion going on at the moment as to if the hernia will need to be fixed before the surgery to implant the pump, the pain management clinic have said they think it could be dangerous if a hernia is present, ... click here to continue
