Hello everyone, for about a month now whenever I get hot I get really itchy to the point where I have to go outside too cool down. I also get red patches of skin like rashes that go away when I cool down. I have just recently noticed that it also happens when I put shampoo on in the shower but i have tried two kinds of shampoos and both of them have done it.
