Cyst - What To Do / What's Happening?

So I've had a cyst on my right testicle [and a couple other smaller ones] for years now. No feeling, but I've been self conscious about them (but that's another problem, ha). These last few days, the biggest one I've had problems with which is what I've been scared of. It's been irritated and constantly uncomfortable/itchy.
