Abdominal pain, Pulsating stomach with constipation or diarrhoea

Hi, I am a 22 year old female. Every time I eat I get abdominal pains and serious gurgling sounds in my stomach. With this pain I get a very rapid pulsing in my stomach, it seems that my aorta is under pressure.
