Lumps near ear/jaw, swelling, pain

I have 2 lumps, one beside my left ear and one just beneath it. sore and swollen, lumps can move around a little.. feel like little balls. the one beside ear is about the size of a marble, the one below is smaller. possible tooth infection for 4 months. possible sinus issues too. In pain, been to 2 dentists and PCP and no one will figure it out or help me. Help?...click here to continue
