I warmed up ready made rice in the microwave FOR 2 MINUTES BUT IT WAS ROAR AND I GOT VIOLENTLY ILL. I thought i was going to die, i was throwing up every 20 minutes for around 3 hours straight. It was 8 times i vomited in that time. legs were aching, i was hot and cold too.
