Stomach, Ulcers, Gastric Bypass Question

Hello ive been having this sharp pain on the top of my stomach. it occurs after i eat and its a very sharp/burning pain. it tends to wake me up in the night i feel im hungry but when i eat the pain gets worse and does not go away. i need advice should i go to the ER? i dont have a primary doctor so i dont know what to do please help thanks... click here to continue
