Post-Acne Skin

I used to have moderate acne. It has been almost completely gone for about a year. Nothing other than the occasional small blemish. My acne was the worst on the left side of my face mostly around my cheekbone. I do not have craters or anything like that, however the area is noticeably red and slightly rough.
