Sphenoid sinus infection

I have had a sinus infection for 6 weeks despite being on two courses of antibiotics, nasonex, saline washes and antihistimines. I had a ct scan a few days ago which revealed that I have extensive opacification sphenoid sinus/ polypoid mucosial thickening in maxialary sinuses.
