Gland Disorders, lumps, head and neck

I had a lump just behind my ear lobe on my salivary gland a few days ago. i have had problems with my salivary glands before but i have been taking care of them. Unfortunately, there are now two lumps and they hurt more. the secnd one just behind the center of my ear.
