BP is all over the place and feeling of dull pressure on chest

For the past couple months I have had some issues with my heart rate and BP. I will wake some mornings with a racing heart. It doesn't happen a lot but enough for me to worry. I also have got some crazy readings on my BP that are wildly all over the place. Ill take it in the morning and it will be 140/88 with a pulse of 88 then later it will be 130 over 80 pulse of 100.
