Pain on left side under nipple (Male)

Hi I am 25 years old and was always healthy. I had an issue with a lot of stress and went through having a lot of headaches. Went through all tests, CT scan, MRI and Dr gave me Naproxen to relieve my proclaimed tension headaches. The headaches went away and I began to have chest pan 3" under my left nipple.
