Numerous painless abdominal lumps

Howdy, I am a 23 year old male that has always been on fairly decent shape. Over the past 8 months or so I have begun to notice numerous (around 6 or so) painless lumps on my abdomen that seem to be in the fat tissue in between the muscle and the skin.
