Its never happened as bad as this

For a while now i've been getting bouts of constipation and diarreha, i always got bad abdominal pains about half an hour before a bowel movement, but today i have had diarreha all day, and i can't stop farting. If i try to not go it gets to the point where i am doubled over in pain. Every time i go its just feels like there's no relief and that it won't end.
