Macrocytosis w/out Anemia & Kidneys not functioning properly

I have Sjogren's Syndrome, along with high pressures in my spine, peripheral neuropathy, and more health issues. I have just been diagnosed with macrocytosis w/out anemia or vitamin deficiency, and now my blood doctor says my kidneys are not functioning properly.
