Abdominal Pain Question

I have had low sometimes very severe abdominal pain, usually radiating to left side for months now. I have had a colonoscopy, vaginal ultrasound and a CT scan. Still same pain. I've not been able to tie it to my diet. I have had bowel changes in that I am having a lot more loose stools. I have seen four doctors and nobody can figure out whats causing the pain.
