I was in an accident on march 28th 2012. the seat belt separated my shoulder and torn my labral cartlidge. I had surgery in may to correct that problem. After 10 weeks of physical therapy with no real progress or pain relief I was referred to pain management. He determined that my nerve roots were inflamed.
