Had Lasik surgery 13 years ago and I still wear glasses

Hi, I had Lasik surgery 13 years ago and I developed myopia again and always had astigmatism as far as I can remember. However after 2 years of surgery my power returned. It started low at 0.25 then 0.5..1.0 and now in 2013 I have 2.00.
