back pain

hey I'm 22 years old male. I had a very painful back pain since 1 and half years ago. I did lot of tests and they eat my money lot. I also did MRI for my back and It says (Mid line posterior protrusion of L4/5 disc with causing obliteration of epidural fat plain anterior to the thecal sac.
