When I talk a lot, my chest hurts really bad. It's also accompanied by chest tightness, shortness of breath and pressure in the chest. My lungs have been checked and are fine, it's not my heart..that's been checked several times. I just had 2 recent CPK's and an Aldolase, all normal. I was just diagnosed with Sjgren's Syndrome before Thanksgiving but that doesn't involve much, if any, muscle issue...click here to continue
