Shortness of breath face rash and stuffed up

Hi. I'm in my 30s and last year I developed this. I get shortness of breath from my throat closing up, weird rash on right cheek. Looks like a backward 7, and my cheek feels swollen to up to my eye. I've been to the docs and also allergist. Said it's allergy induced asthma. However some days are great for a week then for a few days its extremely bad and I get worried.
